Verified 2026/2027 rates run from RM880 to RM2,750 per adult, all-inclusive of lodge, meals, transfers, entrance fees and guided cruises. The spread reflects the lodge tier and how much is packed around the river — Sepilok, caves, fireflies, or a second lodge.
Which package is the cheapest?
The RM880 Bilit safari at Borneo Natural Sukau Bilit Resort (RM440 child, ages 2–10). It skips the add-ons and puts everything into river time: four cruises and a jungle trek.
With Sepilok or without?
If Sepilok is already on your itinerary separately, choose a river-only package — more river per ringgit. If not, the combos fold the orangutan centre and sun bears into day 1 with all transfers handled. The RM1,350 Sepilok + Tanini is the lowest-priced combo.
Which one for fireflies?
The two Abai packages (RM2,650 and RM2,750) include an evening cruise that runs into the firefly display on the lower river. On the Hornbill Lodge package a night cruise is an optional RM100 add-on; at Borneo Nature Lodge, Sukau, it's RM116.
Where do the tours start and end?
Sandakan, with hotel or airport pickup included on every package. Sandakan is a 45-minute flight from Kota Kinabalu. Pickup windows differ per package — the Sepilok combos start early (some need your flight to land before 8:30 AM), the river-only tours start late morning to early afternoon. Day-3 recommended departure flights range from 1:00 PM to after 2:00 PM; see each card.

Will I definitely see orangutans and elephants?
