When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — name, email address, travel dates, party size, children's birth years, and your message. We use this information for one purpose: responding to your enquiry with availability and a quote, and arranging your booking with the licensed tour operator, Remarkable Borneo Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. 202001009183 (1365503-T).
Who sees your data
Your enquiry details are shared with the tour operator solely to prepare your quote and, if you book, to operate your tour. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any other party, and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages (pages viewed, general location, referral source). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. This site does not display advertising.
Your rights
In line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have submitted. Contact us through the enquiry form and mark your message "data request".
Payment
No payment is collected or processed on this website. Deposits and payments are made directly with the licensed operator after you accept a quote.
